About The Position

Innodata is a global data engineering company focused on enabling the responsible advancement of artificial intelligence by providing essential data, evaluation frameworks, and human expertise. The company offers solutions, platforms, and services for Generative AI/AI builders and adopters, leveraging over 36 years of experience in delivering high-quality data and customer outcomes. This role involves managing the overall performance and governance of Statements of Work (SOWs), overseeing day-to-day operations to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and resolving service delivery issues. The Project Manager will handle transition management during setup or expansion phases, support the deployment of necessary infrastructure (technology, financial, HR, security, facilities, communication), and establish service delivery processes and reporting mechanisms. A key aspect of the role is people management, including mentorship and career development for managers and agents/raters, aiming for low attrition and high employee engagement. The role also requires driving continuous improvement and productivity gains within Operations teams, flagging business risks to stakeholders, and aligning with Innodata's overall Project Delivery goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in software, cloud, or AI projects.
  • Experience managing Agile or Scrum-based software development projects.
  • Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI concepts.
  • Adaptable and energized by a fast-paced environment.
  • Possesses creative energy, drive, initiative, commitment, and enthusiasm.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification on Project Management or Six Sigma a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end small to medium project deployment in collaboration with Total Quality Management (TQM) teams and stakeholders.
  • Provide thought leadership in resolving language and dialect nuances for recruitment, applicant evaluation, and performance evaluation of personnel.
  • Support total customer satisfaction.
  • Support TQM teams' strategies, processes, and initiatives, promoting collaboration among Operations leaders to improve client community and support experience.
  • Play an active role in improving policies, products, processes, and support systems by providing insights and feedback.
  • Identify potential risks or issues with project implementations and proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into operations plans.
  • Craft and implement tracking, monitoring, and reporting methodologies for SLAs per SOW.
  • Ensure achievement of KPIs, direct Root Cause Analyses documentation, and define resolution and operations strategies.
  • Assess and prioritize top operations issues affecting the team.
  • Collaborate with support teams, implement project and process kick-offs, monitor and report project/process/initiative status, and initiate resolution discussions for challenges.
  • Manage, monitor, and communicate change delivery items.
  • Oversee new hire deployment status to client platforms and ensure knowledge of SLAs.
  • Coordinate mutual goals with TQM teams.
  • Initiate productivity, process, security, and facilities improvement plans, partnering with TQM teams for alignment.
  • Coach and mentor leaders on people management strategies for agents.
  • Bolster the management of training programs, including planning, design, development, implementation, delivery, process review, and performance evaluation.
  • Support management on business and expansion strategies, revenue and profitability goals, and financial improvement plans.
