The Information Technology (IT) Bureau in the Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) is seeking an experienced individual to assist IT project management office (PMO) in: coordinating and leading project delivery in accordance with project management processes based on Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) standards and the policies and procedures of DJJ; facilitating and performing data analysis and work processes to establish business and user requirements; preparing documentation and participants for user acceptance testing (UAT) of developed software solutions including the Florida Planning, Accounting, and Ledger Management (PALM) system; leading the identification of key components of test execution including test management; and coordinating and maintaining procedures related to information technology projects and software application development.
