About The Position

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead the implementation of Mobile Video solutions. The Project Manager will be the primary point of contact for all aspects of assigned projects, responsible for delivering contractual scope on time and within budget while ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires the utilization of project management tools to analyze complex issues, develop resolutions, and allocate resources to meet project objectives, financial goals, and customer satisfaction targets. The Project Manager will also be responsible for direct communication with the customer's organization and internal senior stakeholders, conducting project reviews, and managing the overall pre-tax profit of assigned projects.

Requirements

High School diploma, Bachelor's Degree in one of the following: Business, Communications, Finance, IT, Management, or Technology.
5 years of experience in Project Management, or Program Management with PMP Certification.
Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by our government customers.

Nice To Haves

5 years of experience working in a Project Management, or Program Management environment preferred.
Strong presentation and negotiating skills
Familiarity with Public Safety communications systems, software solutions or mobile video solutions
Mobile video technology to include required wireless/LTE infrastructure, policy/procedures for retention/redaction/chain of custody, evidence management software and workflow a plus.
Self motivated and team player able to work effectively with general guidance toward objectives.

Responsibilities

Leads large projects by developing detailed project plans, managing timelines and resources, and establishing clear goals
Identifies and mitigates risks, and develops corrective action plans
Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of the project.
