About The Position

CTP is seeking a Project Management and Logistics Analyst to support the Director of CTP's Federal Programs Group. This role involves managing multiple concurrent inbound (domestic) and outbound (international) activities for US government programs, encompassing project management, subcontractor management, travel logistics, and event/meeting support. The position is fast-paced and detail-driven, requiring close collaboration with CTP staff, clients, and subcontractors within a team environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in project management, logistics, travel support, and meeting planning/management, with 5 years of overall experience required.
  • Demonstrable experience supporting US government programs.
  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency with the Microsoft suite.
  • Experience developing and maintaining integrated master schedules.
  • Experience managing individual task budgets and applying cost controls.
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities and hold to strict deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, adapted to the audience.
  • Sound judgment and the ability to make quick decisions, learn fast, and take direction.
  • Flexibility to work through multiple iterations and adapt quickly to changing project, logistics, and company needs.
  • Comfort working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to be available outside normal hours to support global projects if needed.
  • Must have the ability to obtain a Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT) or higher level clearance.
  • Candidate must be citizens of the United States, no sponsorships provided.

Nice To Haves

  • Project management experience.
  • Experience creating and maintaining integrated master schedules and trackers.
  • Working knowledge of the Federal Travel Regulations and federal contracting.
  • Experience with international projects or travel.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Meeting Professional (CMP, CGMP) Certification highly desired.
  • Fluency in additional languages.
  • Active security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administration of assigned tasks and projects, from planning through close-out.
  • Arrange international travel for US and foreign-based trainers and experts.
  • Serve as a regular point of contact for the USG client on task implementation.
  • Build and maintain task schedules and checklists in Excel and workflow tools such as MS Teams, SharePoint, etc.
  • Partner with internal teams to make sure all requirements are met.
  • Help recruit and manage subject matter experts (SMEs), including contracts, deliverables, and logistics such as travel and per diem.
  • Provide administrative oversight of subcontractors, consultants, SMEs, and vendors so objectives are met on time, on budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
  • Monitor vendor quality and give feedback.
  • Track budgets and maintain compliance documentation, including for government and commercial contracts.
  • Produce reporting throughout each task's lifecycle, including daily summaries, monthly status reports, and written responses to client inquiries.
  • Prepare project invoicing packages for review and submission.
  • Support technical proposals through research, analysis, and business development as needed.
  • Take on other duties as business priorities require.
