Leads the development, planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional initiatives across Over the Counter/Consumer Packaged Goods, ensuring category strategies and portfolio decisions are translated into executable programs with clear timelines, milestones, ownership, and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Strong ability to manage multiple initiatives, including scope definition, timeline management, dependency coordination, and risk mitigation.
  • Ability to identify high-impact AI opportunities across planning, supply chain, and lifecycle management; assess value, feasibility, and adoption risk to prioritize initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Proven track record of driving initiatives from planning through execution with clear ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to influence without authority and align stakeholders across Category, Planning, and Supply Chain functions.
  • Ability to anticipate risks early, escalate appropriately, and drive resolution to keep programs on track.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, action-oriented updates for leadership.
  • Strong ability to diagnose execution gaps and implement practical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain end-to-end operational workflows spanning Category Management, Product Lifecycle Management, Supply, Inventory, Operations Planning, and Supply & Operations Execution to ensure category decisions move cleanly into execution.
  • Track program progress against timelines and key milestones; proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure timely completion of deliverables across stakeholders.
  • Coordinate interdependencies across teams for product launches, portfolio changes, and lifecycle events—ensuring readiness across supply chain, category, and execution functions.
  • Establish and run program governance routines (status updates, risk reviews, decision forums); maintain centralized tracking of actions, risks, issues, and decisions.
  • Develop clear, concise updates on program status, risks, and key decisions; provide leadership visibility into execution health and required interventions.
  • Identify execution gaps, inefficiencies, and recurring issues; implement process improvements that enhance delivery speed, predictability, and cross-functional alignment.
