About the Job You're Considering As AI reshapes how organizations operate, compete, and create value, we are evolving our consulting model to be AI-enabled by design, augmenting human judgment with analytics, automation, and generative AI. Our Enterprise Transformation team is looking for consultants who are excited to help organizations deliver complex business and technology transformations. You will join our Transformation Management capability, helping clients establish governance, drive execution discipline, manage delivery risk, and realize business value across large-scale transformation programs. The Transformation Management capability focuses on program governance, PMO leadership, integrated planning, dependency management, value realization, and executive reporting. Our consultants help clients bring structure, transparency, and momentum to complex transformations while leveraging AI-enabled ways of working to improve decision-making and delivery outcomes

Requirements

  • You bring strong AI literacy, including familiarity with generative AI tools and an understanding of how AI can improve business and transformation outcomes.
  • You are comfortable working in AI-augmented ways to enhance analysis, reporting, and collaboration while understanding responsible AI principles related to ethics, security, governance, and privacy.
  • 2-5 years of consulting, PMO, TMO, program management, or transformation experience
  • Experience supporting large-scale business or technology transformation initiatives
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
  • Experience preparing executive communications and leadership reporting
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working across cross-functional teams and leadership groups

Responsibilities

  • Support enterprise transformation programs through governance, coordination, and execution management.
  • Maintain integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities across workstreams.
  • Manage RAID logs and facilitate risk, issue, dependency, and decision management processes.
  • Develop executive-ready dashboards, status reports, and Steering Committee materials.
  • Support Transformation Management Office (TMO) and PMO functions, including governance and performance reporting.
  • Coordinate activities across business and technology teams to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Support value realization tracking, KPI monitoring, and benefits management initiatives.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and governance forums while documenting actions and decisions.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve reporting, analysis, and program coordination
