About The Position

Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast are recruiting for anticipated Spring 2027 Project Management Co-op placements in Boston, Massachusetts. This is a general application for consideration across multiple projects and teams, not a single vacancy. Projects will be confirmed on a rolling basis; applying does not guarantee an interview or placement. The initial confirmed placement is with a Project Engineering team, and additional placements may become available based on business needs. Potential areas include product development project management, program and portfolio coordination, creative or marketing operations, digital product and technology delivery, process improvement and change initiatives, and risk, schedule and dependency management. Depending on the assigned project, the co-op may build and maintain project plans, milestones, trackers and status updates; coordinate meetings, decisions, deliverables and dependencies; identify risks and blockers; translate complex information into actions and stakeholder communications; recommend workflow improvements; support engineering activities such as concept development, prototyping, product testing and manufacturing debug; create product specification packages; and contribute to retrospectives, documentation and repeatable ways of working. The co-op runs from January through July 2027, is paid, and is scheduled for 40 hours per week. Most placements use a hybrid model with three office days per week; select roles may require five days onsite. The specific schedule will be shared before interviews. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available. Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited university degree program and remain enrolled for at least one academic term after the co-op. Prior internship or co-op experience is not required.
