The Project Management & Campaign Projects Assistant supports the successful execution of enterprise marketing campaigns, media planning, production workflows, and critical team communications. This role serves as a key liaison between marketing, creative, production, and external partners to ensure accurate campaign delivery, streamlined project management processes, and timely communication of business-critical information. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Specialist, Campaign Project Manager to ensure the accurate delivery of CMB Campaigns, aligning marketing jobs properly, managing print pagination and space allocation, and ensuring representation of all media jobs when working with internal partners.
  • Support workflows associated with creating marketing assets for production, including generating job numbers in our system, following up with stakeholders to meet deadlines, and communicating timeline changes to all parties.
  • Analyze and produce reports as necessary.
  • Effectively manage projects in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solve and provide solutions to meet creative objectives.
  • Maintain regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities
  • Perform special assignments as required.
  • Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Manage marketing job setup, alignment, print pagination, space allocation, and production workflows.
  • Monitor the Marketing Transformation Team inbox, prioritize requests, and escalate urgent issues.
  • Prepare and distribute daily high-priority communications to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Manage project assets and conduct daily audits in Monday.com to ensure accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery.
  • Partner with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to create and maintain weekly Figma wireframes.
  • Lead the monthly media submission process, ensuring timely collection, review, and submission of campaign and tactical asset requirements.
  • Track project timelines, monitor deliverables, and communicate updates and changes to partners.
  • Create and manage tactical jobs with studio team for Jumbotron content and oversee the scheduling and placement of digital assets for LED displays.
  • Create reports, analyze campaign data, and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Manage multiple high-volume projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Resolve project issues, recommend process improvements, and support seasonal campaigns, marketing initiatives, and special projects.
