This position will be located at our Mission Systems sector in Sunnyvale, CA. The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Supply Chain Business Management Organization. This position oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree and a minimum of two years of work experience in supply chain, business management, project management and/or customer service; OR Associate’s degree and a minimum of four years of work experience in supply chain, business management, project management and/or customer service; OR HS diploma and a minimum of six years of work experience in supply chain, business management, project management and/or customer service
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a government secret clearance
