We are seeking a Project Management Analyst 3 to support program operations through data-driven insights, reporting accuracy, and coordination across multiple technical and business areas. This position is contingent upon contract award

Requirements

6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
Candidate must have experience working in large cross functional programs and working with customer and subcontractors.
Candidate must have strong understanding of procurement processes, material planning, and logistics coordination.
Candidate must have the ability to work independently and problem solve issues as required.
Candidate must have expereince with MS office suite.
Candidate must have expertise in excel and power point.
Candidate must have experience working with scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera.
Candidate must have strong ability to communicate within a cross functional team.
Candidate must demonstrate strong collaboration skills, particularly when working with geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
Reviews status of projects and budgets.
Manages schedules and prepares status reports.
Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Plans, prepares, issues and controls production schedules and coordinates with material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials timed to meet production requirements.
Advises management of the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials and services are provided as needed.
Schedules equipment and personnel, confirms material supply and demands, prepares work orders or purchase requests for the production or purchase of components or parts based on a master production schedule, shop load and inventory requirements.
Coordinates interdepartmental activity with quality assurance, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, inventory control, traffic, etc.
Schedules and expedites the movement of parts by means of move orders, stock transfers and requests for shipping orders.
