About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Management Administrator to support multiple Project Managers working on U.S. Government contracts, with a primary focus on Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) programs. This role serves as a central coordination point between Project Management, Procurement, Quality, and Accounting ensuring accurate documentation, timely communication, and smooth execution of contract requirements.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, document management systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or industrial manufacturing
  • Experience supporting multiple projects or stakeholders simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Support multiple Project Managers across active government and commercial programs
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and correspondence
  • Track order status, updates, and key milestones within ERP (Industrios)
  • Assist with compliance requirements related to government contracts (DFARS, FAR, etc.)
  • Act as a central administrative resource for the Project Management team, Procurement, Quality, and Accounting
  • Assist with internal coordination to resolve issues such as delays, discrepancies, or missing information
  • Support audit readiness through organized and accurate recordkeeping
