Japanese Proficiency with IT Technical experience
About The Position
We need good Japanese speaking (JLPT N3 or N2 level) 5+ years’ technical experience resource, who can work in Java or AI technologies. Expertise in handling a team. Should handle projects in parallel. Proficient in Japanese language and should handle the Japan customers confidently. Should involve in technical discussions with customers and can understand the technical terminologies. Experience in Agile Methodology development. CSM Certification of Scrum (Good to Have). Entire Project Management Life Cycle Experience : Right from SOW preparation, deciding the scope of work, preparing estimation and sharing the Delivery note.
