The Project Leader drives and leads projects within the program office, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with program objectives. This role involves strategic leadership and influence. This role helps translate customer roadmap items into actionable deliverables for the program office and internal teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management or related roles.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field preferred.
  • PMP or other project management certifications or education preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams to deliver on time, within scope and budget.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Communicate goals and expectations to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
  • Provide leadership and foster collaboration within the team.
  • Oversee strategic roadmap execution aligned with program goals.
  • Collaborate closely with program leaders and customers to translate strategic roadmap items into detailed, actionable project plans.
  • Ensure meticulous execution of tasks aligned with program goals.
  • Regularly report progress to leaders and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and addressing any concerns.
