About The Position

The Project Leader is responsible for overseeing application development initiatives and managing the technical execution of software projects. This role ensures successful delivery across the full software development lifecycle while maintaining quality, timelines, and budget.

Requirements

• Application architecture
• Database design and modeling
• QA/testing methodologies
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience leading enterprise-level development projects
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and lead application development projects
• Translate business and system requirements into technical solutions
• Oversee system design, architecture, development, testing, and deployment
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and testers
• Define project timelines, milestones, and quality standards
• Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of project goals
• Identify and mitigate project risks and technical issues
• Maintain project documentation and technical specifications
• Support production deployments and post-implementation activities
• Mentor and guide technical team members
