About The Position

BCG is growing and seeking experienced consultants for its Health Care team at the Project Leader or Principal level. These individuals will play a critical role in enriching project work and delivering forward-thinking solutions to Health Care Services clients, primarily health systems and health insurance companies. The ideal candidates will possess previous management consulting experience and demonstrated leadership in growing client relations, people, and knowledge development. In this role, you will lead high-impact transformation programs, collaborating with OneBCG teams (including traditional consulting, digital, AI, and technology talent) and senior client stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity to refine your problem-solving skills while gaining exposure to a wide range of industry challenges and opportunities. Health Care consultants partner with clients to define winning strategies, shape their value proposition, enhance operational effectiveness, and create sustained advantage. Project Leaders manage client engagements, oversee research and data analysis, develop actionable recommendations, and manage client relationships. Principals provide project management oversight, interact with client leads daily, develop presentations, manage external relationships, and oversee budgets.
