About The Position

At Flaman, we keep farms running smoothly and grain systems operating at their best — and we’re looking for a Project Lead in our Grain Systems Division in Saskatoon, SK to make it happen. If you’re passionate about managing projects from start to finish, leading a team, and seeing your work directly support producers, this is your kind of role.

Requirements

• Previous leadership or project management experience in construction, agriculture, or industrial environments
• Ability to balance hands-on technical work with leadership and coordination responsibilities
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork

Nice To Haves

• Journeyperson Millwright certification or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of grain handling and storage systems

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee grain system installation, maintenance, and upgrade projects from planning to completion
• Coordinate crews, equipment, and materials to keep projects on schedule and within budget
• Work hands-on when needed to troubleshoot, install, or repair mechanical systems and components
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents to ensure accuracy and quality
• Serve as the main point of contact between the customer, suppliers, and internal teams
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain accurate project records and reports
