About The Position
The Project Lead, Grade VII (Grade Code: 0582) will lead, develop and advance integrated service design across the Mid West Region. The role focuses on developing integrated models of care, service pathways and governance arrangements that support seamless community and acute services. Under the direction of the Regional Clinical Director, the post holder will support implementation of Sláintecare and Health Region reforms, ensuring service design and transformation initiatives align with the strategic priorities of the Regional Executive Management Team. The initial focus is establishing and operationalising integrated models of care, such as Integrated ENT / OPD Clinics. The role also works closely with the Mid West Planning & Performance team to support data-driven decision-making, effective governance and cross-service collaboration that enhance service quality, accountability and outcomes for the population served.
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop and advance integrated service design across the Mid West Region.
- Drive development of integrated models of care, service pathways and governance arrangements for seamless community and acute services.
- Support implementation of Sláintecare and Health Region reforms.
- Ensure service design and transformation initiatives align with the strategic priorities of the Regional Executive Management Team.
- Establish and operationalise development of integrated models of care, initially including models such as Integrated ENT / OPD Clinics.
- Work with the Mid West Planning & Performance team to support data-driven decision-making, effective governance and cross-service collaboration.
