About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to manage client-facing software implementation projects from initiation through delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic consulting environment, brings a structured and detail-oriented approach to execution, and is comfortable leading both clients and internal teams. As a Project Lead, you will be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams, maintaining alignment with client goals, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in project leadership, preferably within software consulting or implementation environments
• Proven ability to manage complex, client-facing projects with cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational skills with a highly methodical and detail-oriented approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working directly with clients, including managing expectations and navigating ambiguity
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms
• Ability to operate effectively in an agile environment without reliance on rigid frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, adapt, and stay flexible in a fast-paced setting

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a software consulting or professional services environment
• Familiarity with agile principles and practices
• Certifications such as CSM or PMP (not required)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of client software implementation projects
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, trust-based relationships
• Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams (engineering, product, QA, etc.) to achieve project goals
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders on progress, risks, and dependencies
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues before they impact delivery
• Ensure high standards of quality and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
• Drive organization and structure across multiple concurrent projects
• Adapt processes and workflows to fit project needs in an agile, flexible environment
