About The Position

The Project Lead (P3) for the School of Leadership oversees the administration, maintenance, and execution of high-impact onboarding, professional and leadership development initiatives. This role manages complex projects end-to-end, making well-reasoned recommendations to drive programmatic success and organizational alignment. The Project Lead collaborates across DaVita University, faculty, learning professionals and business leaders to develop and sustain programs that empower teammates at every stage of their career journey. This is an individual contributor role that acts as a 'Workstream Owner,' meaning you will drive the strategy and timelines for our programs through collaborative influence across the Village, rather than through direct people management. The Project Lead will provide operational and project management support for a diverse portfolio within the School of Leadership. This includes leading and managing the following types of initiatives: Village Onboarding & Culture Immersion: Directing core programs designed to ground all new teammates in our mission, values, and the "DaVita Way." Professional Development Pathways: Managing foundational development pipelines that equip teammates with the skills needed to thrive in their current roles and prepare for future career steps. Leadership Onboarding & Essentials: Overseeing standardized cohort-based experiences that provide newly hired or promoted leaders with the foundational skills and tools for a strong start. Advanced Leadership Performance: Managing immersive programs for tenured leaders centered on self-awareness, feedback loops, and mastery of the DaVita Leadership Principles.
