About The Position

Triad Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Project Landscape Architect to take an increasingly responsible role in project management while evaluating, selecting, and applying standard landscape architecture techniques, procedures, and criteria. The role applies knowledge of corporate operating procedures, including project profitability, invoicing and collections, and business development. The position may involve a wide variety of responsibilities and requires taking projects from concept through final completion with occasional supervision.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture.
Landscape Architect license from the appropriate authority.
Three years of applicable professional experience.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Advanced reading, writing, math, and computer skills.
Comfort communicating with the public.
Availability to work in all types of indoor and outdoor environments.
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening is required as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

Prioritize safety at all times.
Plan, schedule, and/or coordinate detailed phases of assigned project work with clients, contractors, and project team members.
Make design recommendations, adaptations, and modifications.
Take projects from concept to final completion with occasional supervision.
Assist or advise personnel with final design and construction documents.
Monitor project budgets and schedules and understand basic financial terms and profitability concepts.
Participate in business development and customer service.
