As part of our continued growth in Western Canada, we are seeking a capable an Interface Manager to join our expanding team in Vancouver. The role suits an organised and motivated professional with experience supporting the delivery of large and complex infrastructure projects in the marine, ports, coastal, heavy civil, roads, rail and transit sectors. The Interface Manager will play a central role in project delivery, supporting the execution of the Engineering Services During Construction (ESDC) phase. The interface Manager will oversee and manage all technical interfaces between engineering disciplines, construction work packages, and third-party stakeholders throughout the ESDC phase. The position is office based and supports the ESDC lead in maintaining the projects interface register, coordinates the ESDC work program across the project team, and manage the day-to-day interface with Arcadis subconsultants. The Interface Manager is the central coordination point for every technical interface arising during the ESDC phase, whether between engineering disciplines, construction work packages, subconsultants, contractors or third parties. Interfaces are treated as managed technical objects. Each one carries a named owner, a current status, an agreed technical position, and a defined closure path. The role is primarily office based and works alongside the ESDC Lead and senior resident engineer, with periodic site attendance to verify field conditions, witness key activities, and keep coordination grounded in what is actually happening on the ground. The successful candidate will bring the judgement to see where disciplines are about to collide, and the discipline to resolve those points before they reach the critical path.
