About The Position

The Project Integrator supports technical projects for a mission-impact-focused office by creating graphics, presentations, and briefing documentation using Sponsor data. The role gathers, edits, and publishes Sponsor technical and operational data to produce technical and data-visualization presentations and briefings. It also performs formatting, layout, complex text, data visualization, and graphics production for technical projects supporting the Sponsor’s mission, and develops organizational, operational, and business-process documentation. The team supports projects involving the financial industry, telecommunications, media, and energy sectors using the Sponsor’s enterprise IT systems.

Requirements

• Active Poly clearance; applicants without a Poly clearance will not be considered.
• Demonstrated experience translating technical information into clear presentations.
• Demonstrated experience communicating information verbally and through presentations to both technical and non-technical personnel.
• Demonstrated experience creating graphics and briefing slides for senior management.
• Demonstrated experience using graphics and presentation software to develop media and graphics products for Sponsor briefing materials.

Nice To Haves

• Demonstrated experience creating data visualizations from complex data sets and topics.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Publisher, and other Office products.
• Demonstrated experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
