About The Position

CACI is seeking a hard-working mission minded individual who possesses expertise/experience as a Project Integrator/Manager. This position will be one of multiple Project Integrators/Managers for a mission focused team, providing critical technical, administrative, and operational oversight to assigned projects and tasks. The candidate is responsible for overseeing multiple projects.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience working well with large diverse teams, alone and with mission partners as required
  • Minimum of 10+ years of related experience
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and completing administrative functions
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage several projects simultaneously in a rapidly paced environment
  • Experience working within Customer's Project Management Framework (PMF)
  • Ability to Incorporates/Implement changes to schedule
  • Working knowledge of Customer’s organization, internal policies and processes
  • Project Organization/tracking
  • Expert with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Willing to “go the extra mile” in customer service and effort in ensuring that time critical requirements are met
  • Ability to work as part of a team of very strong personalities in a very dynamic environment
  • Highly mission oriented
  • Top Secret/SCI w/Poly Required

Responsibilities

  • Manager for a small team of Project Integrators. Conduct corporate management responsibilities such as timecard and time off approvals, performance conversations, and relaying communication with the program manager.
  • Provide overarching program management support
  • Manage project schedules and system deployment tracking and coordination
  • Attends and contributes to Sponsor related project control gates that utilize Project Management Framework (PMF)
  • Track Team/Project Action Items in Customer's PM Tool
  • Facilitate/monitor project purchasing, documentation and research
  • Develop project schedules, timelines and coordinate/communicate with Customer, field site point of contacts and team members
  • Initiate/follow up with field communications as necessary
  • Develop and present briefings
  • Produce Project Management Review (PMR) slides for weekly review
  • Leverage experience across the Customer organization, Group, and external offices to complete project deliverables
  • Create/update project documentation to include PMF deliverables
  • Coordinate with Customer’s security elements for Project Certification and Accreditation
  • Manage resource/office access requirements
