About The Position
The Project Implementation Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring RCSD realizes its mission of graduation, college and career readiness for all students in Rochester. The Project Implementation support assigned school overseeing and supporting all school improvement activities. The position represents one of the key levers for turning around low performing schools and supporting School Principals and their staff to close achievement gaps and ensure equity. The Project Implementation Specialist serves as a critical link by creating coherent, equitable structures and inspiring outstanding leadership. The Project Implementation Specialist will act as thought partner, problem solver, and change agent to internal and external stakeholders with an unwavering commitment to getting the job done.

Responsibilities
- Support assigned project or program area to lead the comprehensive improvement of school performance and transformation using an intensified, collaborative and accelerated approach to clear, specific and ambitious performance targets aligned to the District Strategic Plan and as clearly outlined in school plans.
- Work with school leaders, Principals, Assistant Principals, coaches, teacher leaders, etc., to ensure expertise in analyzing school data.
- Facilitate professional development for school staff.
- Provides high quality reports and data that clearly communicate performance toward all annual targets and dynamic intervention strategies to ensure that annual goals and targets are met.
- Ability to problem solve, analyze and achieve results for all learners.
