Orano USA is building an engineering talent pool for Project IKE, its planned commercial uranium enrichment facility in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. The multi-billion-dollar project is intended to expand a secure domestic supply of nuclear fuel for U.S. reactors. Engineers will contribute to design, licensing support, construction, and startup. Talent pool members may be considered for the project's initial hiring process. Their resumes will be reviewed against upcoming engineering needs, and they may be contacted as specific roles open in Oak Ridge and related project locations. Members can receive job announcements and project updates, remain in consideration for the initial hiring wave without reapplying to every posting, and opt out at any time. Membership does not guarantee an offer; actual positions are contingent upon contract milestones. Applicants should submit a resume and include their discipline, years of experience, location preference, and any nuclear, EPC, or construction project experience. Recent graduates, early-career engineers, and experienced professionals are welcome. Prior nuclear, DOE, NRC, EPC, or large industrial project experience is a plus but is not required to join the pool. A DOE security clearance is advantageous but not required. Orano USA is a technology and services provider to U.S. commercial and federal markets, with activities including uranium enrichment development, nuclear fuel transportation, used nuclear fuel storage and transfer, services to national laboratories and the Department of Energy, and uranium, conversion, and enrichment services for U.S. utilities. The position requires a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Employees must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States. Orano is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
