As a Human Resources Project Manager, you will facilitate and manage HR activity related to acquisitions, associate integrations, strategic response, and organizational alignment across the business. This role plays a key part in coordinating HR activities during acquisitions, operational transitions, and other complex organizational events. You will partner with a collaborative team of HR professionals to coordinate work across benefits, compensation, staffing, Workforce Systems and Analytics (HRIS), HR operations, labor relations, and payroll. Your ability to handle complex projects and align stakeholders across multiple business lines and departments outside of HR will help deliver a consistent associate experience and support business success. If you are an HR professional with strong critical thinking skills and a proven track record of leading projects, or if you have held a project management role at Penske or another organization, we want to meet you.
