As a Human Resources Project Manager, you will be empowered to work with a team of collaborative HR professionals to manage the flow of work and ensure critical timelines are met across benefits, compensation, shared services, staffing, HRIS, HR operations and labor relations. Your successful management of these significant and complex projects will make a positive impact on associates and contribute to the overall success of the business. As our work in Human Resources increases in complexity, effective project management is critical to our success. In addition to successfully managing multiple projects, you will be responsible for collaborating with our HR Change Management and Communications team to deliver tailored change management and communication plans that are in alignment with the style and framework by which we communicate with associates.
