Project Manager, you will be empowered to work with a team of collaborative HR
professionals to manage the flow of work and ensure critical timelines are met
across benefits, compensation, shared services, staffing, HRIS, HR operations
and labor relations. Your successful management of these significant and complex
projects will make a positive impact on associates and contribute to the overall
success of the business.

As our work in Human Resources increases in complexity, effective project
management is critical to our success. In addition to successfully managing
multiple projects, you will be responsible for collaborating with our HR Change
Management and Communications team to deliver tailored change management and
communication plans that are in alignment with the style and framework by which
we communicate with associates.

If you are an HR professional with strong critical thinking skills and a proven
track record of leading projects, or if you have held a project management role
at Penske or another organization, we want to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee HR projects and initiatives, including planning, execution and monitoring and delivery.
• Collaborate with multiple levels within the organization to evaluate customer and business requirements.
• Consult with senior leadership and propose expanded initiatives that align with existing work that will better meet the needs of the organization.
• Lead cross-functional teams at all levels to successful completion or project goals.
• Present final recommendations and project outcomes to senior leadership.
• Institute measures to monitor HR processes.
• Collaborate with the other HR Project Managers where appropriate to create consistencies in project management processes and applications.
• Other projects and tasks as assigned.
