The Project Finance Analyst represents the FP&A department at the project level, serving as the financial link between the Project Management Office (PMO), Software, and Accounting. This role owns the financial structure of active projects — monitoring budgets, tracking spend, reconciling billing, and forecasting project performance — while ensuring project financial data flows accurately and on time between teams. This is a highly cross-functional role: the Project Finance Analyst is expected to be conversant on the financial status of every major project at any given time, and to communicate that information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders, including senior management.
