Project Finance Analyst I/II
About The Position
This role involves assisting with the origination, structuring, and execution of Project Finance lease, partnership, and loan transactions. The analyst will collaborate effectively with PF Originations and Structuring teams, as well as Functional/Matrix partners in Credit Risk, Asset Management, Portfolio Management, and Operations to process transactions and manage the client experience. The position requires working on new business development, market analysis, due diligence, structuring, and execution. Additionally, the analyst will be responsible for completing client pitch materials, proposals, term sheets, and transaction screening materials, as well as performing pricing runs, modeling, return analysis, and comparable transaction/relative value analysis.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- Proven analytical ability and attention to detail
- Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Some related work experience since graduation from an undergraduate program
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of related work experience since graduation from an undergraduate program
