About The Position

B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time Project Field Superintendent to lead our commercial construction sites. We are looking for exceptional leaders with a background in vertical commercial construction and a passion for driving project execution, safety, and team success. As a Traveling Superintendent, you will be directly assigned to lead a vertical commercial construction project from the ground up. You will oversee day-to-day field operations, coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and maintain our uncompromising commitment to safety and quality. You are the anchor of the job site, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Requirements

5+ years of proven experience as a Construction Superintendent.
Demonstrated background managing vertical commercial construction projects.
Strong ability to direct field crews, manage sub-contractors, and collaborate effectively with project managers.
Willingness to travel to assigned project sites.
Self-driven professional who pays fierce attention to detail and can lead with minimal supervision.
Proactive, positive, and professional attitude.
Committed to maintaining high integrity and a strong safety culture on-site.
Authorized to work for any employer in the United States without sponsorship.
