Project/Field Engineer
About The Position

Rather than rushing employees into management, they invest in developing future leaders through hands-on experience on complex infrastructure projects. Seeking a Field Engineer (0–5 years of experience) to support heavy highway and bridge projects. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced construction professionals while building the technical and field experience needed to advance into Project Engineer, Superintendent, or Project Manager positions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Construction Management
- 0–5 years of heavy civil construction experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Heavy highway and/or bridge experience
- FE/EIT certification completed or pursuing
Responsibilities
- Support daily field operations
- Coordinate materials, subcontractors, and project documentation
- Maintain daily reports and project records
- Assist with scheduling and project coordination
- Review plans and support quality control
