Construction/Hardscape Job Opportunities
About The Position
MetroGreenscape, Inc. is recruiting experienced hardscape/construction candidates for two positions: Project Field Assistant and Punch List & Warranty Foreman. The Project Field Assistant will support Project Managers with daily job site tasks, material transport, crew support, and log maintenance. This role also involves assisting with job site planning, preparation, and final client walk-throughs. The Punch List & Warranty Foreman will address post-installation issues, including plant replacement, patio/paver/retaining wall repairs, drainage repairs, and some irrigation system repairs. This role also involves fixing warranty issues such as settling stones, failed mortar joints, and dead plants.
Requirements
- Two (2) years in pool construction, hardscaping or similar construction experience required for Project Field Assistant
- 2 - 3 years of similar work experience in the hardscape or construction industry required for Punch List & Warranty Foreman
Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers with daily job site tasks
- Pick-up/deliver materials to job sites
- Support crews
- Maintain daily logs
- Assist with planning, opening/closing the job site
- Coordinate job site preparation for final client walk-throughs
- Meet with the Project Manager onsite to review punch items
- Fix/repair post-installation issues reported by Clients under their warranty period, such as settling stones, failed mortar joints, and dead plants
- Focus on plant replacement, patio/paver/retaining wall repairs, drainage repairs, and some irrigation system repairs
