The Project Expeditor owns the delivery schedule for the materials, components, and equipment that keep Fervo's projects moving. They build and maintain the master delivery timeline, track critical packages from award through fabrication and shipment, and surface risk before it threatens a drilling program or project milestone. The role focuses on the planning, coordination, and on-time delivery of materials, components, and equipment across Fervo's active project portfolio. This mid-level role owns the schedule-side view of procurement — building and maintaining the master delivery timeline, tracking critical-path packages from award through fabrication and shipment, and surfacing risks to leadership before they threaten a drilling program or project milestone. This role works closely with Engineering, Construction, Logistics, and Field Operations. The right person keeps a large portfolio of purchase orders and vendor commitments aligned to the integrated project schedule and has the judgment to know which packages actually matter to cycle time and well cost.
