Project Executive - Multifamily Construction - Raleigh, NC
About The Position
National Multi-Family Construction Group is currently seeking a Project Executive for their Raleigh, NC location. This position will report to the Vice President of Construction and will be responsible for all projects throughout this market. Candidates must have extensive multifamily experience. The role involves complete oversight of the Construction Team, daily interaction between the Construction and Development Teams, partnering with the Construction Team in interacting with subcontractors, and assisting the Construction Executive in drafting client proposals and contract administration/management. The Project Executive will also collaborate with preconstruction, estimating, and scheduling on project estimates and schedules, and provide direction to the project team to ensure projects are completed safely and on time.
Requirements
- Multi-Family Construction required
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice To Haves
- BS in a Construction related field preferred
- Wrap project experience preferred
- Podium project experience preferred
Responsibilities
