Requirements

10+ years proven track record of assuring client satisfaction.
10+ years track record of delivering on-time projects.
10+ years of experience maintaining or exceeding planned profit targets for projects.
10+ years creating and maintaining a culture of safety.
10+ years experience developing a culture of quality assurance and control.
10+ years managing and developing successful teams.
Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management or equivalent experience and minimum 15 years prior relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Develops and implements a plan to deliver the required project and services in the most effective and efficient manner possible, with the support of the project teams and input from external stakeholders.
Responsible for managing all company contacts with new and existing clients.
May oversee a single large project or multiple projects.
Responsible for generating business, negotiating contracts, estimating, bidding, profit/loss of assigned projects, and supervision of project staff.
