About The Position

This position has the ultimate responsibility for multiple projects and teams and or market sector(s) and "owns" it through the course of work from start to finish. The Project Executive will lead and manage a large signature project or several projects and project teams while achieving financial control and attaining profit goals for each project. This individual also contributes to the development and execution of goals and strategies such as seeking new clients, maintaining existing client relationships, leading and training staff, hiring of needed or required team members and focusing on growth strategies. Proactively and timely evaluate personnel for needed or required changes and implement actions required as necessary by maintaining a resource schedule of needs, starts and completions. Maintain a focused and continuous management effort to ensure issues and challenges are dealt with proactively and timely by requiring team reporting monthly and evaluating needed changes, and implement needed changes timely.

Requirements

  • Experience dealing with budgets, procurement and working in other corporate systems that aid in managing and building projects.
  • Strength in people management, troubleshooting and using various business systems.
  • Ability to work in a demanding growth environment with corresponding challenges.

  • Willing and able to travel to various project sites in-town and/or out-of-town for extended periods of time daily/weekly/monthly or as required.
