About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven individual who is passionate about delivering wow for our fast-growing Estimating Department. Our ideal candidate supports us by leading our mission of Bring our Customers’ First choice in Packaging by Changing the Game in Service.

Nice To Haves

• Estimating in any field or Print Industry Experience is an asset
• Experience reading technical drawings
• Experience with ArtiosCad or any other CAD software

Responsibilities

• Proactively identifies customer needs to achieve service beyond our customers’ expectations
• Utilize technical skillset to analyze project requirements
• Plays an active role in delivering wow to our customers by problem-solving and responding creatively to new challenges
• Support Sales and Customer Solution team, identify areas of improvement and implement corrective action
• Willingness to train cross-divisionally within the Estimating department
• Presents new and innovative ideas for change by collaborating with all divisions and outside suppliers to achieve results including manufacturing, materials costing, quoting
