This position is for a client-facing Project Engineering Manager who will own the scope, budget, and schedule of projects, leading a multi-discipline engineering team for PowerFLX EPC project work. Initially, the role will involve third-party engineering oversight and management while PROENERGY builds its in-house EPC engineering team. The manager will collaborate with integrated EPC teams and clients to deliver world-class, quality-focused deliverables for the construction team. Adaptability and flexibility are key as the role coordinates multiple jobs, develops guidelines, and provides engineering oversight to subsidiaries. The position will significantly impact business planning by adding engineering quality standards and developing in-house deliverables as the company transitions from reliance on third-party engineers to a fully functional in-house engineering team.
