The Project Engineering/IDIQ Manager is responsible for collaborating with the Project Manager, Deputy Project Manager, and the Construction Engineer to ensure efficient and quality completion of all new projects. This includes project development, field oversight, support facility management, earned value reporting, cost control, subcontractor management, and client interface. Required to support management of engineering services, including engineering solutioning, design, coordination and review of corporate/consultant support. Supervise development of budgets and schedules, monitor progress, and initiate action to ensure project objectives and schedules are met and work is performed within budget. In addition, the Project Engineering/IDIQ Manager is responsible for collaborating with the Project Manager, Deputy Project Manager, and the Construction Engineer for writing, formatting, and producing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFP); Project Management; Requests for Rough Order of Magnitudes (ROM); Task Requests; and other additions to the base scope for the Infrastructure Support Services Contract at PORTS. This position includes technical writing/editing, presentation development, leading cost estimates, and written assignments under tight deadlines.
