About The Position

The Project Engineer provides essential support to the Project Manager and Project Superintendent, focusing on goal setting, planning, communication, organization, implementation, and tracking of project activities. This role requires a presence in the field approximately 20%-30% of the time.

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar degree.
Moderate to high level of proficiency operating MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, and Primavera 6.

Nice To Haves

Preferably with 3 years or more experience.

Responsibilities

Acquiring, organizing, reviewing, and distributing project submittals & RFIs.
Creating and maintaining all required Project Logs and takeoffs.
Communicating with the owner and client representatives.
Maintaining project budgets and completing required cost reports.
Scheduling self-perform, subcontractor work, and supplier material deliveries.
Reading and interpreting documents such as project plans and specifications, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
