About The Position
The Project Engineer will be responsible for supporting a project management team with various project-related tasks. This role involves managing jobsite documentation, coordinating logistics, assembling estimates, managing subcontractors and vendors, attending project meetings, and developing construction schedules.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Proficient with learning and applying technical concepts
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and deadlines
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Display diplomacy and tact in collaborating with a wide variety of colleagues, customers, and suppliers
- Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, Word, and Project)

- Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager experience in construction
Responsibilities
- Jobsite documentation (RFIs, Change orders, ASIs, supplemental design documentation, QA/QC, submittals, etc.)
- Manage jobsite logistics such as office supplies and badging/orientation paperwork
- Coordinate deliveries of equipment and material
- Assemble estimates and budgets
- Manage subcontractors and vendors
- Attend project meetings
- Write and tracking purchase orders and subcontracts
- Assist in writing MOP requirements for individual projects when required
- Craft productivity tracking
- Coordinate badging requirements
- Manage and develop construction schedules
