The SpX Engineering team supports Special Execution programs that bring Milwaukee products to life through unique merchandising, promotional, and customer-specific solutions. This role is a strong starting point for someone looking to learn Milwaukee products, understand how the business operates end-to-end, and build influence across Engineering, Operations, Channel, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Quality, and external partners. Behind our doors, you’ll be empowered to own work, drive clarity, and help solve execution challenges that directly impact store readiness, production planning, customer commitments, and internal operating efficiency. SpX work is fast-paced, highly cross-functional, and highly visible—making it a great place to build product knowledge, business acumen, and project leadership skills early in your career. Year after year, Milwaukee Tool continues to grow by challenging what is possible and improving how we execute for our users, customers, and teams. The SpX team plays an important role in that growth by helping turn complex merchandising needs into executable solutions. As a Project Engineer on the SpX team, you will support the planning, design, item structure, work definition, documentation, and execution readiness required to deliver Special Execution programs. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the right items, materials, costs, timelines, and build requirements are aligned before production—while identifying risks early and helping drive decisions to keep projects moving.
