Requirements
- Bachelor's degree OR 4 years minimum relevant experience
- Good time management skills
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Assist the project manager and superintendent with all tasks required for the success of the project.
- Manage invoices.
- Manage subcontractor.
- Conduct jobsite walks.
- Manage timecards.
- Manage material procurement/scheduling.
- Create look ahead schedules.
- Create daily game plans.
- Track change orders (CO) and requests for information (RFI).
- Track and project costs and labor.
