About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Strong theoretical foundation and familiarity with engineering software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or MicroStation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills and a desire to work in a collaborative team.

Nice To Haves

• Prior internships and/or relevant coursework.
• Participation in a professional engineering society or organization.
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Support senior engineers in preparing technical reports, contract documents, and cost estimates.
• Perform calculations and design tasks using industry standards, regulatory guidelines, and best practices for water and wastewater systems.
• Participate in field assignments with senior staff to gain experience assessing, planning, and improving water and wastewater infrastructure systems.
