About The Position
HV Talent Group is partnering with a well-established, rapidly growing construction organization seeking a dynamic Project Engineer who wants real exposure to project delivery, not just paperwork. This is a growth role for an organized early-career professional who wants to learn how complex jobs are actually built while supporting experienced PMs and field leaders on active assignments.
Requirements
- Early-career construction project-support experience or a strong internship / coop background.
- Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related education preferred.
- Attention to detail, strong follow-through, and willingness to learn from both office and field professionals.
Nice To Haves
- Basic proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Excel, and document-control workflows is preferred.
- Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, drawing updates, permits, inspections, and project logs.
- Coordinate document control and help maintain clean, accurate records across the life of the project.
- Track procurement status, long-lead items, field issues, punch items, and closeout requirements.
- Assist both office and field teams with day-to-day coordination and problem-solving.
- Build the habits and technical foundation required to grow into APM and PM responsibility over time.
