Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field
- Relevant internship or related construction experience
- Working knowledge of construction methods, equipment, materials, drawings, and specifications
- Familiarity with construction management software and project documentation systems
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Assist with budgeting, estimates, quantity takeoffs, and bid solicitations
- Distribute and maintain project drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Support project scheduling, status reporting, and document control efforts
- Research and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, ASIs, and other project documentation
- Identify and help resolve drawing conflicts, interferences, and field issues
- Track construction materials and equipment to support project progress
- Attend and document project meetings and project correspondence
- Assist with punch list completion, closeout activities, and subcontractor extra work verification
- Perform additional assignments as directed by the Project Manager or Superintendent
