The Project Engineer role is designed to provide exposure to multiple career paths within the firm through departmental rotations in both office and field settings over a 3-5 year period. These rotations cover operations, safety, project controls, estimating, and business development, allowing the PE to develop a strong understanding of company processes and identify a suitable career path. The PE reports to various departmental and project leaders and may move between office and field assignments based on project needs. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
