About The Position

The Project Engineer will be responsible for supporting a project management team with the following tasks including but not limited to: · Jobsite documentation (RFIs, Change orders, ASIs, supplemental design documentation, QA/QC, submittals, etc.) · Manage jobsite logistics such as office supplies and badging/orientation paperwork · Coordinate deliveries of equipment and material · Assemble estimates and budgets · Manage subcontractors and vendors · Attend project meetings · Write and tracking purchase orders and subcontracts · Assist in writing MOP requirements for individual projects when required · Craft productivity tracking · Coordinate badging requirements · Manage and develop construction schedules

Requirements

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Proficient with learning and applying technical concepts
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and deadlines
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Display diplomacy and tact in collaborating with a wide variety of colleagues, customers, and suppliers
  • Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, Word, and Project)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager experience in construction
  • This position is project specific, and employment is contingent upon the results of a background check. Background checks may include social security verification and criminal history.
