About The Position
Seco SOLVA is seeking a Project Engineer who combines hands-on manufacturing knowledge with technical leadership to develop and implement innovative production solutions. The Project Engineer will serve as the technical lead for manufacturing improvement, industrialization, and process optimization projects. This role involves developing machining strategies, designing manufacturing processes, programming and validating CAD/CAM solutions, and delivering production-ready solutions that create measurable customer value.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of manufacturing engineering, process engineering, CNC programming, or related experience.
- Proven success developing manufacturing processes from concept through implementation.
- Advanced CAD/CAM programming expertise, including multi-axis machining environments.
- Hands-on machining and manufacturing expertise.
- Ability to identify production challenges and engineer practical solutions.
- Experience leading technical projects and collaborating with customers.
