About The Position

Performance Contracting Group is seeking an experienced Project Engineer for its PCI Southern Missouri 577 operations, based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This safety-sensitive role supports construction projects through labor control, project documentation, quantity takeoffs, scheduling, coordination with field personnel, quality control, and closeout. The position offers an annual salary range of $75,100–$101,000, plus participation in a non-guaranteed annualized bonus program. The role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience supporting or managing construction projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products, such as Excel and Word.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to learn new skills by engaging in technical job functions and applying newly learned skills.
• Strong customer service skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask while handling multiple projects concurrently.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience with interiors scopes of work.

• Local to Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Perform labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance.
• Prepare requests for information (RFIs) and submittals.
• Perform quantitative takeoffs to verify estimates, order materials, and price change orders.
• Create and implement job schedules and coordinate with field supervisors and foremen.
• Create and manage punch lists and job closeout documentation.
• Support the quality control measures outlined in the QA/QC program.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
